Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to lead our dynamic food service team. Duties

  • Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations across all kitchen and dining areas
  • Coordinate staff schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to foster a productive work environment

  • Assist in training new staff members on restaurant procedures, food safety practices, and hospitality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the kitchen and dining spaces at all times

Qualifications

  • Proven supervising experience within the food service or restaurant industry
  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
  • Extensive restaurant experience with a solid understanding of hospitality principles
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude
  • Familiarity with bartending or barista experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
