The opportunity:

As part of the Inkeros Recruiting team, the Jr. Recruiter will learn the fundamentals of high-volume Recruiting in a competitive industry, managing multiple clients. The ideal candidate is somebody who is a quick learner and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment. They will be determining a candidate's potential through thoughtful and insightful questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who is gifted at communicating with others and is eager to dive into a performance driven role.

What will you do?

  • Screen Resumes, maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates
  • Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Serve as a contact person for questions from candidates and stakeholders
  • Meet weekly strategy targets for assigned clients

Who are you?

  • Somebody with high social and emotional intelligence
  • Organized and reliable
  • Quick to adopt technology and software
  • Somebody with customer service/retail/hospitality experience
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas and deadlines
  • Post-secondary educated is an asset but not essential
