Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator & Group Dining Manager to lead the planning, organization, and execution of memorable events and group dining experiences. In this dynamic role, you will be the driving force behind creating exceptional guest experiences by coordinating seamlessly with clients, vendors, and internal teams.   • Oversee setup and breakdown of events, ensuring cleanliness, safety standards, and timely execution.
  • Provide exceptional guest services during events by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of bookings, payments, and client preferences for future reference and follow-up.
  • Implement marketing strategies to promote upcoming events and group dining options through various channels.
  • Monitor budgets closely to maximize profitability while delivering high-quality experiences.
  • Communicate effectively with team members across departments to coordinate event logistics smoothly.

Experience

  • Proven experience in hospitality settings such as restaurants or hotels, with a focus on event planning or group dining management.
  • Strong background in customer service with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally.
  • Demonstrated skills in upselling, negotiation, and effective communication to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes and cost control measures within a hospitality environment.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to promoting events and group dining offerings.
  • Prior experience in restaurant or hotel operations is highly desirable; familiarity with hospitality software systems is a plus.
