Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. This role requires a professional with strong communication skills, food industry knowledge, and a passion for hospitality. Previous restaurant experience is preferred, along with familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and present menus promptly
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Micros POS
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and perform cashiering duties
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed during service
  • Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support team operations
  • Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables while providing attentive guest service
  • Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout shifts

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred
  • Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
