Your Role:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and emotional health.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient needs and medical conditions.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor patient responses.
  • Perform and assist with clinical procedures, including intravenous therapy, wound care, and catheter insertion.
  • Utilize medical equipment and technology proficiently and safely.
  • Continuously monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care, assessments, and responses to treatments.
  • Provide clear explanations of procedures, treatments, and care plans to patients and their families.
  • Offer emotional support and education to patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and health management.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to care planning and decision-making.
  • Recognize and respond promptly to emergency situations, including critical changes in patient conditions.
  • Engage in ongoing professional education and training to stay current with nursing practices, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain professional licensure and certifications as required.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment by effectively communicating and working with other team members.
  • Contribute to team goals and support colleagues in delivering high-quality patient care.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a RN or LPN in a hospital environment
  • Is registered and in good standing with CRNS
  • Must be able to perform all the duties associated with this position; including but not limited to pushing, pulling, lifting, assisting patients, etc.
  • Confident and adaptable to working in a variety of clinical settings and facilities.
  • Able to handle stressful environments in a positive manner.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to accurately assess patient health status and anticipate/respond to potential life-threatening changes
  • Contributes to positive healthcare team dynamics.
