Full job description

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Stable Hand. As a Stable Hand, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our farm, ensuring the well-being and care of our horses. This is a physically demanding position that requires experience with farm machinery, heavy lifting.

Duties:
- Feed, water, and groom horses on a daily basis
- Clean stalls and maintain a clean and organized stable environment
- Administer medications or treatments to horses under the guidance of a veterinarian

- Operate farm machinery such as tractors, mowers, and loaders

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with horses in a professional or personal capacity
- Ability to handle and control horses safely and confidently
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds)
- Knowledge of basic equine care practices and procedures

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment

Please note that this is a paid position. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
