Full job description

Horizon Land Surveys Inc. is a fast-growing survey company located in Calgary, Alberta. We conduct survey projects in legal surveys, highway and road, subdivisions, topographic site surveys, and the preparation of residential and commercial plans. We are looking for someone to join our dynamic team in the capacity of a Administration Coordinator. We are looking for candidates with excellent skills in communication, computer, and multitasking. And we will provide training in all office procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer service is an asset, not required.
  • Responsible, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
  • Proficient with MS office programs.
  • Invoicing and billing experience is an asset, not required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquires.
  • Monitor company email, reply, or forward as required.
  • Create new projects and setup files. Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
  • Work with the managers to ensure all requests are taken care of.
  • Accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
