About the Role

Richmond Hill Honda is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Service Greeter / Valet to join our Service Department.

The Service Greeter / Valet is one of the first people our service customers interact with when they arrive at the dealership. This role combines customer service with hands-on vehicle handling and helps keep the service drive organized and moving efficiently.

This position is well suited to someone who enjoys working around vehicles, staying active throughout the day, interacting with customers, and working as part of a dealership service team.

We are primarily looking to fill a full-time position; however, we are open to considering part-time candidates who are a strong fit for the role.

What You Will Do

· Welcome customers arriving for service and provide professional assistance

· Safely drive and move customer and company vehicles

· Assist with valet operations and vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs

· Operate dealership shuttle vehicles when required

· Perform vehicle walk-arounds and document vehicle condition

· Move, fuel, park, and organize vehicles as required

· Assist with tire storage operations

· Support the movement of vehicles throughout the service process

· Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

· Communicate with customers, Service Advisors, technicians, and other dealership staff as required

What We Are Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, comfortable speaking with customers, takes care when handling other people’s vehicles, and is willing to stay active and help wherever needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

· Valid Ontario G-Class driver’s licence and a driving record acceptable to the dealership’s insurance requirements

· Ability to drive both automatic and manual-transmission vehicles

· Safe and responsible driving habits

· Strong communication and customer-service skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Professional and courteous approach when interacting with customers

· Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

· Ability to perform a physically active role involving standing, walking, lifting, and frequent vehicle movement throughout the day

Compensation

$18.00 per hour
