Service Advisor

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
  • Prepare repair orders and explain recommended maintenance and repairs
  • Communicate effectively with technicians regarding vehicle status and repair timelines
  • Provide customers with estimates, updates, and follow-up communication
  • Upsell maintenance services and dealership value-added products when appropriate
  • Ensure all warranty and manufacturer procedures are properly followed
  • Coordinate vehicle pick-up and delivery while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed correctly
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward timely resolutions

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance services
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Experience with dealership management systems is considered an asset
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays if required
