** WE DO NOT PAY HOURLY RATES - WE PAY PER JOB/HOUSE CLEANED **

REQUIREMENTS:

  • MUST HAVE TRANSPORTATION (TRUCK OR VAN), CARS NOT ACCEPTED
  • SUB-CONTRACTORS MUST HAVE A REGISTERED COMPANY WITH WSIB AND INSURANCE
  • Must have 2-4 years cleaning experience
  • Must have safety steel toe shoes and hard hat for construction zones

ROLES:

  • FULL-TIME
  • PART-TIME

  • Carleton Place

Job Description:

  • Post construction clean up
  • Workdays: Monday to Friday
  • Hours of operation 7am-4pm
  • Detailed cleaning of homes and condos that are newly developed including interior windows, cabinets, mirrors, sinks, bathtubs and showers, sweeping/mopping floors and vacuuming carpets
  • Must be able to hold and transport equipment that’s supplied in your vehicle
