Job Summary

Luxuria Homes is looking for a Warranty Technician to join our rapidly growing team. The Warranty Technician will be a motivated self-starter who will work alongside our Home Care team to coordinate, schedule, and deliver exceptional customer services and ensure quality home repairs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule services, appointments, and maintenance working alongside the Home Care department
  • Arrive to scheduled appointments on time to provide exceptional customer satisfaction by attentively listening to customer needs, providing education on maintenance and warranty guidelines, and completing repairs and maintenance when required
  • Assess maintenance and repairs in correlation with set company policies and procedures
  • Use solid understanding in construction fundamentals to complete repairs for: drywall, paint touch ups, interior finishes, flooring, and door adjustments
  • Ensure cleanliness on site for possession dates
  • Support with on-call and emergency repairs when required
  • Other duties may be assigned as required

Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technician or warranty related role.
  • A comprehensive understanding of construction fundamentals and the construction process
  • The ability to work on-call and on evenings and weekends
  • Class 5 driver’s license
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
  • Exceptional customer service skills
