What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional personal care and support to residents.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence, dignity, and choice.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
  • Observe and report changes in residents' health and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver outstanding resident care.
  • Provide the exceptional customer service that Waterford Senior Living is known for.

Qualifications

  • Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent Health Care Aide qualification.
  • Experience in retirement living or long-term care is an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A caring, compassionate, and positive attitude.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional resident-centred care.
