Full job description

We’re hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide quality in-home support for seniors / aging adults. This is a hands-on role for someone patient, reliable, and confident working independently while delivering respectful, client-centered care.

Location: Calgary

What You’ll Do

  • Provide 1:1 care to seniors in their homes
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, mobility, and toileting
  • Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship
  • Document care notes using mobile apps and scheduling tools

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience caring for seniors is required
  • Experience with dementia care is a strong asset
  • Reliable, compassionate, and patient with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable using smartphones/apps for scheduling and charting
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to clients’ individual needs
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is preferred
  • Reliable mode of transportation

Assets

  • Home care, long-term care, or facility experience
  • Experience supporting clients living with dementia or cognitive decline

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
