  • Engage directly with residential customers to promote and sell home services, including internet, TV, security, and mobile plans.
  • Conduct personalized needs assessments to understand each customer’s current setup and recommend solutions that align with their lifestyle and budget.
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of products, emphasizing speed, reliability, and bundled savings.
  • Support customers through the full enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from initial contact to activation.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales and service targets, contributing to team goals and overall campaign success.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using our CRM system for seamless follow-up and reporting.

Education & Experience Needed for the Entry-Level Customer Account Associate Role

  • A High School Diploma or GED is required to be considered for this role.
