What You'll Do

As an HCA, you'll provide personalized support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Your duties may include:

  • Personal care assistance
  • Mobility support
  • Companionship and social engagement
  • Meal preparation
  • Light housekeeping
  • Medication reminders
  • Supporting clients with daily activities

What We're Looking For

✔ HCA certification or equivalent experience
✔ Caring, dependable, and professional attitude
✔ Strong communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently in clients' homes

Drivers Have an Advantage

Having a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle is a strong asset. Caregivers who can travel between clients often have access to more shift opportunities and greater flexibility as we continue to expand across Greater Victoria.
