Full-Time Household Manager / Housekeeper

Location: Cordova Bay
Position: Full-Time (Monday–Friday)

Our family is looking for an experienced, proactive Household Manager/Housekeeper to help keep our busy home running smoothly. This role is much more than housekeeping—we're looking for someone who enjoys creating an organized, welcoming home environment and takes pride in anticipating what needs to be done.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves organization, cooking, and supporting a busy family.

Responsibilities

  • Daily housekeeping and maintaining a clean, tidy home
  • Laundry, ironing, folding, and organizing closets
  • Regular cleaning of bedding
  • Meal planning, grocery shopping, and preparing healthy family meals
  • Kitchen organization, dishes, and pantry management
  • Household organization and decluttering
  • Managing household supplies and inventory
  • Coordinating children's schedules, activities, and appointments
  • Preparing lunches and snacks
  • Dinner preparation
  • Running errands as needed
  • Light assistance with childcare when required (primary focus is household management)
  • Helping ensure the home is always guest-ready

Requirements

  • Previous experience in housekeeping, household management, nannying, or a similar role
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
  • Criminal Record Check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Excellent references
  • Legally able to work in Canada
