Your responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Manage customer dissatisfaction by providing effective technical support.
  • Build customer loyalty.
  • Seize opportunities to offer products and services.
  • Assist the team in all other tasks related to the achievement of objectives.

What you need :
  • Bilingualism (French and English) to meet the needs of our Ontario customers.
  • Quick understanding of customer needs.
  • Good communication and simplification skills.
  • Dynamic, diplomatic and good listening skills.
  • Good command of computer tools.
  • Internet connectivity: minimum download and upload speeds of 30Mbps - the faster, the better!

AVAILABILITY REQUIRED :

Monday to Sunday between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
