Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Agent to join our energetic sales team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind building strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that add value. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your efforts directly contribute to business growth. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise while working in a collaborative and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up quickly and consistently with all incoming leads (inbound calls, web inquiries, direct response marketing).

- Nurture prospective buyers and sellers through phone, email, and text communications.

- Qualify leads on their timeline and motivation, converting them into set appointments for our realtors.

- Maintain accurate notes and lead status tracking within our CRM.

- Skilled Communicator: You are articulate, persuasive on the phone, organized, and excellent at client relationship management
