Are you a friendly, dependable individual who enjoys helping people and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service? The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fredericton is looking for a Night Auditor / Guest Service Agent to join our team!

Position Details

  • Position: Night Auditor / Guest Service Agent
  • Schedule: Part-Time
  • Location: Fredericton, New Brunswick

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
  • Complete guest check-ins and check-outs.
  • Perform nightly auditing procedures and balance daily hotel accounts.
  • Prepare reports and complete end-of-day accounting.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming front desk environment.
  • Assist with breakfast preparation and other overnight duties as required.
  • Ensure hotel security and provide exceptional guest service throughout the night.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
  • Previous hotel or customer service experience is an asset.
  • Must be comfortable working overnight shifts.
