Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Line Cook/Prep Cook and bring your passion for food to life! In this energetic role, you will be the backbone of our kitchen, responsible for preparing high-quality ingredients and assisting with cooking to ensure every dish meets our standards of excellence. Your enthusiasm for food service and commitment to food safety will help create an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and assist with food preparation according to established recipes and standards
  • Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Have some breakfast cookery experience.
  • Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Support the kitchen team in maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
  • Assist with plating dishes and ensuring timely service during busy hours
  • Handle food orders accurately, including portioning, garnishing, and packaging as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; eager learners are welcome!
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling safety practices
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
  • Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration
  • Basic understanding of serving procedures and customer service principles is a plus
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a dynamic kitchen setting
