Full job description

We're looking for a hardworking, dependable kitchen steward to join our team long-term; someone who takes pride in a clean, organized kitchen and wants to grow with a restaurant that invests in its people.

What You'll Do:

  • Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • Keep the kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage areas clean and organized
  • Assist with garbage, recycling, and other cleaning duties
  • Support the kitchen team with prep and other tasks as needed - our stewarding team is hands-on in the kitchen, not just at the sink
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Dependable, positive, punctual, and team-oriented colleagues
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Previous restaurant or stewarding experience is an asset, but we're happy to train the right person
  • Someone looking for a stable, long-term role - not just a short-term gig
