Full job description

MadTrim Cleaning Services, a commercial janitorial company serving Edmonton and surrounding areas, is hiring an experienced salesperson(s) for a 3-month contract. We're looking for someone with a proven track record in cold calling and lead generation who's ready to hit the ground running.

What you'll do:

  • Make outbound cold calls to generate new leads
  • Follow up to schedule walkthroughs and secure contracts
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Keep accurate records of sales activity

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of B2B, in-person sales and lead generation experience
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills
  • Results-driven with a track record of hitting sales targets
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong time management skills
  • Commercial cleaning industry experience is a plus, not required

What we offer: Competitive hourly rate plus commission, and a supportive, collaborative team environment.
