Responsibilities of the Customer Service Sales Representatives:

  • Engage with existing and potential customers in person while actively seeking new sales opportunities.
  • Utilize strong listening and interpersonal skills to identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable products and services.
  • Promote and sell a full range of telecommunications solutions, including Wireless, Cable, High-Speed Internet, and Home Phone services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing expert advice, addressing concerns, and ensuring post-purchase satisfaction.
  • Represent the company with professionalism at all times, participate in special events, execute promotional campaigns, and follow up on customer inquiries.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity, customer service, and safety, ensuring all interactions align with company policies.
