We are looking for a reliable and motivated Swimming Pool Cleaner/ Junior Service Technician who enjoys working outdoors and wants to develop practical, hands-on skills in an established industry.

This is a permanent, year-round position. This is not a summer-only job. Comprehensive training will be provided.

What You’ll Do

• Perform scheduled pool and spa maintenance at customer properties
• Test and balance pool and spa water
• Clean pools, spas, filters, and related equipment
• Inspect equipment and identify potential problems
• Report service concerns promptly and accurately
• Communicate professionally with customers and office staff
• Complete clear and accurate service documentation for billing and recordkeeping
• Follow company procedures and safe work practices

What We’re Looking For

You are dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently while remaining part of a supportive team. You communicate clearly, pay close attention to detail, and take pride in doing your work properly.

You must have:

• A valid BC driver’s licence - a Learner’s licence is not accepted
• A clean driving record
• At least one year of outdoor work experience
• Fluent spoken and written English
• The physical ability to perform hands-on work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Availability to work Monday to Friday for 8-hour shifts
• Availability for permanent, year-round employment
• The ability to commute to our South Surrey Retail Store daily

Previous pool or spa experience is not required. We will provide training to the right candidate.
