What You'll Do

As a TELUS Representative, you will engage directly with homeowners in local communities, introducing TELUS products and helping customers find solutions that best meet their needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships and establishing trust with prospective customers
  • Educating homeowners on TELUS products and services
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending tailored solutions
  • Representing both TELUS and Arcadius Business Solutions professionally and ethically
  • Participating in daily coaching sessions, skill development, and team meetings
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
  • Working toward individual and team performance goals
