POSITION 1: Immigration Case Worker (In-Office Only)Job Summary

We are hiring a full-time Immigration Case Worker to manage immigration files from intake to submission at our Brampton office.

This is a hands-on, structured role requiring precision, discipline, and strong file management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review applications (Express Entry, PNP, Work Permits, Study Permits, PR, TRV, SOWP, BOWP)
  • Complete and review IMM forms accurately
  • Upload and manage submissions via IRCC portals
  • Draft submission letters and client communication emails
  • Create document checklists and follow-ups
  • Monitor deadlines and compliance timelines
  • Maintain organized digital and physical file systems
  • Support RCIC in complex or refusal cases

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of Canadian immigration processing experience preferred
  • Familiarity with IRCC portals and GCKey
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional written and verbal English
  • Ability to manage multiple files under deadlines
  • Strong ethical and confidentiality standards

POSITION 2: Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) – In-Office OnlyJob Summary

We are seeking a licensed RCIC (in good standing with CICC) to work full-time from our Brampton office.

This position requires in-person consultations, file supervision, and legal oversight of applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person client consultations
  • Develop strategic immigration pathways
  • Review and sign off on applications
  • Draft detailed legal submissions referencing IRPA/IRPR
  • Supervise case workers and ensure compliance
  • Maintain CICC Code of Conduct standards
  • Provide guidance on refusals, reconsiderations, and restoration matters

Requirements

  • Active RCIC license (Good Standing with CICC)
  • Strong knowledge of Express Entry, PNP, Work Permits, PR
  • Experience drafting detailed submission letters
  • Leadership and supervisory ability
  • High professional and ethical standards
