Job Description for Full-Time Associates-Immediate Hire

Hours of Work: 25-30 hours/week with every second weekend off.

Hours of Operation: 10am-9 pm & Sundays Noon-9pm

In this role you will interact with our well established customer base discussing products, promotions and demonstrating products. This position is so much more than just a retail sales associate for the right individual. We offer above average compensation.

If this is your second job, we can reduce the hours to 20/week and we have the flexibility to work with your other work schedule so you can keep both employers happy.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
  • Greeting and engaging customers while educating them on products and features
  • Requires a good understanding of vaping industry with a strong focus on learning and remembering large inventory selections. We have a huge inventory for this role to learn and understand.
  • Close sales on products, e-juices and accessories
  • Maintain organized displays, stock with inventory, receiving product and periodic inventory counts.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
  • Responsible for Opening/Closing procedures for the store if your shift is during those times.
  • Stocking and merchandising product including scheduled inventory counts
  • Handle & safeguard cash/inventory
  • Customer resolution skills
  • Keep updated and educated on the reviews/comments/concerns expressed on line about any Brand/Product our location carries in order to address those comments from customers. This action item is to be done during "quieter" periods in the store and is considered to be a key part of this position.

Mandatory Skills Required:

  • Professional attitude towards customer service with a proven track record working in retail, hospitality or other service industries
  • Mathematical aptitude and computer skills are mandatory
  • A good working knowledge of vaping at the beginner level is fine if you demonstrate the ability to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
