What the Job Looks Like:

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Abbotsford, British Columbia. This position is responsible for supporting customers by providing timely and accurate information, responding to inquiries, resolving service concerns, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The Customer Service Representative works closely with customers, drivers, dispatch, and internal departments to support the efficient movement of freight and maintain positive customer relationships.

This is a full-time Monday to Friday position with scheduled hours of 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM PST.

In this role, you can expect to:

• Assist customers with account-related requests and transportation inquiries.
• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to tracing and service-related emails.
• Provide shipment updates and communicate load information to customers.
• Enter and maintain accurate load information within the Fleet Management System.
• Verify customer information, rates, weights, pickup and delivery times, and shipment details.
• Monitor load activity to ensure accurate tracking and status updates.
• Research and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to facilitate prompt issue resolution.
• Provide administrative support to the Dispatch team as required.
• Follow established company procedures and service standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Proven data entry and computer skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• The ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team.
• A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to providing exceptional service.
• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience in an office environment is required.
• Transportation or logistics industry experience is preferred.
• A certificate or diploma in Business, Administration, Transportation, Logistics, or a related field is considered an asset.
