In this role you will be:

  • Painting homes, townhomes, apartments and agricultural buildings
  • Providing leadership and empowerment to up-and-coming painters
  • Prep surfaces for paint
  • Accurate and precise cutting and rolling
  • Airless spray paint trim
  • working on well organized job sites.

Experience required

  • A Minimum of 1-3 years painting experience
  • Be available to work out of town periodically for short stints.
  • Must have brush, roll and preparation experience
  • Must have the ability to work alone or with a team
  • Must be able to work safely on ladders and proper use of PPE equipment where required
  • Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Must be available to work full work weeks and weekends when busy
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to work off ladders and man-lifts
  • Be clean cut and presentable
  • Proficient in English
  • Must have a good work attitude and focus on customer satisfaction
