Our team provides high-quality design-build solutions for restaurants, retail stores, offices, and residential projects.   • Meet with clients to understand design needs, preferences, and project requirements
  • Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and presentations
  • Prepare drawings and design packages (e.g., floor plans, 3D renderings, material selections)
  • Present design proposals to clients in a clear and professional manner
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal team members during project execution
  • Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and site progress
  • Ensure designs comply with local building codes and project specifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience preferred
  • Solid understanding of residential interior renovation; basic knowledge of commercial projects is an asset
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently interact with clients
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
