As an Internet Sales Associate, you will help customers navigate those connections with confidence. By understanding their needs and recommending the right solutions, you will play a meaningful role in improving everyday experiences while contributing to the continued growth of our business.

  • Build genuine connections with customers through engaging, one-on-one interactions
  • Present and explain a variety of services, including high-speed internet, Wi-Fi solutions, TV and streaming packages, and wireless plans
  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored recommendations that deliver real value
  • Guide customers through the full process, from initial conversation to successful enrollment
  • Stay organized by managing follow-ups and tracking interactions
  • Contribute to a team environment that values consistency, growth, and shared success
  • Continuously develop your skills in communication, sales strategy, and professional leadership
