We are a busy, patient-focused dental practice seeking an Energetic, Detail-Oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team!

**About the Role

The treatment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting patients throughout their dental treatment. You will be the main point of contact for case presentation, financial coordination, scheduling, and ensuring patients feel informed, supported and confident in the care.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Presenting treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
  • Coordinating appointments and manager provider schedules effectively
  • Review financial details, estimates, insurance breakdowns, and payment options
  • Ensuring all documentation, consents are complete and compliant
  • Assisting with hygiene treatment coordination when required

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years + experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator
