Overview

Hello, with summer winding down and school fast approaching, we have a few culinary positions to fill ! If you are now ready to get working and looking for a place to call home, we are seeking two dedicated individuals to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate must have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in food preparation, cooking, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our kitchen.

These two positions are for full-time individuals with an aspiration to learn, advance, and potentially grow into a lead position in our kitchen. Pre shifts start at 8 am except Friday and Saturday where we start at 7:30 am. Swing shifts may start at 12:00 pm, and the night closing shifts end at 11:30 pm except Friday and Saturday where we end at 12:30 am. You would begin your journey as an afternoon and/or evening line cook. If you perform well, you could be considered for prep... which we have limited available positions. If you feel as you have enough experience and pep in in your step and would like to discuss starting directly on Prep, please let me know and we can look at it :).

If you are a hardworking, positive, and driven individual with a desire to learn about our kitchen and food, you are likely the right candidate for these positions.

While much has changed since Bus and Stan opened the first Earls restaurant all those years ago, many things are the same — Earls is still a family-owned business, run by great people who are passionate about serving delicious food and drinks in an inviting environment.
