Full job description

  • Greeting guests upon arrival at the restaurant
  • Providing excellent customer service during their dining experience
  • Use your expertise in Italian gastronomy and wines to confidently make suggestions to guests so that they have ultimate dining experience
  • Proper setting up of dining rooms, including linen, glassware, cutlery.
  • Helping others on team with nightly opening and closing duties
  • Other duties as requested by management
