We are looking for a Financial Services Manager to join our team. This role is key to delivering an outstanding customer experience while managing the dealership’s finance and insurance operations. Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for finance and insurance activities related to vehicle sales while maintaining profit margins and customer satisfaction.
  • Work directly with customers to complete sales and finance transactions in compliance with company and lender policies.
  • Conduct thorough credit interviews and liaise with lenders to secure approvals.
  • Review credit bureaus and develop creative deal structures for approvals.
  • Monitor lending portals and manage contracts in transit to ensure timely funding.
  • Present and sell financial protection products such as extended warranties, GAP insurance, life, accident, and health coverage.
  • Complete finance documentation accurately and deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand operating features.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain positive relationships with management, team members, lenders, and third parties.
  • Meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Complete all assigned sales and F&I training courses.
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding targets
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of F&I experience in the automotive industry strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of sales, finance, and dealership operations.
  • Established relationships with financial institutions.
  • Excellent communication skills – oral, written, and listening.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, email, and internet tools.
  • Ability to calculate banking figures such as discounts, interest rates, percentages, and commissions.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
