Cellular Magician is London’s most advanced smartphone, tablet, and computer repair centre. We have a strong, experienced team dedicated to providing fast, reliable, and professional repairs.

One of our technicians is returning to school, and another will soon be leaving the country. As a result, we currently have one to two positions available.

A Repair Technician’s Dream

Imagine working in a repair shop where almost every part you need is within arm’s reach.

With more than $150,000 worth of parts in stock, our technicians can complete more repairs without constantly waiting for parts to arrive. You will have immediate access to an enormous selection of screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, and other components for a wide variety of devices.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and detail-oriented Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our team. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of smartphones and tablets while providing customers with professional and dependable service.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair Android and iOS smartphones and tablets
  • Replace screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, and other components
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating-system issues
  • Use diagnostic tools, schematics, and technical resources to identify problems
  • Test devices thoroughly before and after repairs
  • Perform computer repairs on Windows and macOS systems when required
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used
  • Clearly explain technical issues and repair options to customers
  • Keep the repair area clean, organized, and efficient

Qualifications

  • Previous smartphone or tablet repair experience
  • Strong understanding of Android and iOS devices
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
  • Confidence using hand tools for delicate electronic repairs
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Clear communication and customer-service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience reading schematics and technical diagrams is an asset
  • Windows or macOS repair experience is an asset
  • Retail or sales experience is an asset
