Le rôle du support technique niveau II est de gérer notre système de tickets et de fournir un support technique et une assistance à tous les employés d'Adacel.
Tâches et responsabilités essentielles:
· Évaluer et trier les tickets entrants dans les délais impartis.
· Dépanner et résoudre les tickets à succès rapide.
· Documenter les problèmes techniques et les résolutions de manière claire et concise.
· S'assurer que les tickets contiennent un chemin clair vers les étapes suivantes et un transfert chaleureux vers d'autres techniciens.
· Former et guider les employés dans l'utilisation de nos systèmes et logiciels.
· Configurer de nouveaux postes de travail.
· Créer de nouveaux comptes utilisateurs, des boîtes aux lettres partagées, des listes de distribution, etc.
Compétences:
· Connaissance des applications et fonctionnalités de Microsoft Office 365, notamment Exchange Online et SharePoint.
· Expérience avec Active Directory et Azure AD.
· Familiarité avec les systèmes d'exploitation Windows et Linux.
· Connaissance des logiciels anti-spam et anti-malware.
· Expérience du dépannage et de la résolution de problèmes à distance.
· Solides compétences en matière de communication et de service à la clientèle.
· Capacité à communiquer des idées techniques à des personnes non techniques.
· Solides capacités multitâches.
· Excellentes compétences en matière de gestion du temps.

Requises:
· Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'assistance informatique
Désirées:
· Connaissance des produits Atlassian (Jira et Confluence).
· Expérience des systèmes de billetterie (Jira Service Management, Zoho Desk).
· Familiarité avec les plateformes de formation à la cybersécurité (KnowBe4).
· Familiarité avec les coffres-forts de mots de passe (LastPass).
· Protection antivirus/malware (Cylance).
· Compétences en gestion de réseau; aide au dépannage des problèmes de réseau à distance et participation à la discussion sur les normes de réseau et la vision des technologies de l'information.
· Administration de systèmes ; connaissance du matériel, des appareils, de la configuration, de la maintenance, etc.
Autres Qualifications:
· Capacité à adhérer à la politique d'Adacel en matière d'absence de drogue sur le lieu de travail.
· Capacité à se soumettre à une vérification des antécédents d'Adacel pendant la durée de l'emploi.
· Posséder un passeport ou être en mesure de l'obtenir.
Exigences Physiques:

The Desktop Support Level II role is to manage our ticketing system and provide technical support and assistance to all Adacel employees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assess and triage incoming tickets in a timely manner.
· Troubleshoot and resolve quick win tickets.
· Document technical issues and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.
· Ensure that tickets contain a clear path to the next steps and warm transfer to other technicians.
· Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of our systems and software.
· Setting up new workstations.
· Create new user accounts, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, etc.
Competencies:
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications and features, including Exchange Online and SharePoint.
· Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD.
· Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
· Knowledge of anti-spam and anti-malware software.
· Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues remotely.
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to communicate technical ideas to non-technical people.
· Strong multitasking capabilities.
· Excellent time management skills.
Qualifications:
