Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and responsible Pilot to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating aircraft safely and efficiently, ensuring passenger and cargo safety, and maintaining compliance with aviation regulations. This role requires excellent leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages. The Pilot will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while managing complex flight operations.

Duties

  • Operate aircraft safely during all phases of flight, including takeoff, navigation, and landing.
  • Conduct pre-flight inspections and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
  • Communicate effectively with air traffic control and ground staff using clear and professional language.
  • Monitor weather conditions, aircraft systems, and flight instruments to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage crew members and supervise onboard operations to maintain high standards of safety and service.
  • Maintain detailed logs of flights, technical issues, and maintenance needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger needs professionally and courteously.
  • Utilize GIS technology for navigation planning and route optimization when applicable.

Requirements

  • Valid commercial helicopter pilot’s license with appropriate certifications for the aircraft type.

Any one of/multiple

  • Bell 407, 1500-2000 hours PIC minimum
  • Bell 212, 4000 hours PIC minimum
  • Bell 205 4000 hours PIC minimum
  • Longlining/wildfire/forestry experience is an asset

Other Requirements

  • Mechanical knowledge related to aircraft systems and maintenance procedures.
  • Strong leadership skills with previous supervising or supervising experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage flight schedules, crew coordination, and safety documentation.
  • Customer service experience to ensure passenger satisfaction throughout the flight experience.
  • Math skills for navigation calculations and technical assessments.
  • Familiarity with GIS technology for route planning and navigation purposes.
  • Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments while maintaining attention to detail. This position offers an exciting opportunity for qualified pilots who are committed to safety, service excellence, and operational efficiency in the aviation industry.

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
