Heavy Duty Mechanic – Underground Mining

Mandatory Qualification: Only applicants with mechanical underground mining experience, a valid heavy duty mechanic ticket, or both will be considered.

Alamos Gold Project – Dubreuilville, ON

Dallaire Contracting Inc. is currently seeking Heavy Duty Mechanics to join our team working on the underground Alamos Gold project in Dubreuilville, Ontario.

Our company provides industrial maintenance and mechanical services to the mining industry across Northwestern Ontario. This role involves maintaining and repairing underground mining equipment while supporting safe and efficient mine operations.

Position Details

  • 7x7 rotation
  • Camp accommodations and meals provided while on work rotation
  • Benefits

Requirements

  • Heavy Duty Mechanic ticket or 4th year apprentice
  • Experience with heavy equipment or mining equipment preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
  • Basic Underground Common Core considered an asset
