Dieseltech Truck Repair & Fleet Maintenance

Hiring Mobile, Journeymen, Apprentices, Forman, Lead-hand and Mobile technicians. Commercial Transport Mechanic -

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs on all types of heavy trucks and trailers
  • CVIP inspections
  • Use of various diagnostic software to assist in troubleshooting
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • Help train and guide apprentices to perform quality work safely

Qualifications

  • Red Seal Technician's preferred
  • Valid CVIP inspectors certificate preferred
  • Four years of Heavy Truck and Trailer repair experience
  • Good attitude and motivation to perform quality work
  • Strong attention to detail

Salary information: $49 per hour (Red seal) up to $54.50 per hour (Red Seal, Foreman, night shift 5 yr bonus and CVIP inspector) Apprentice wage starts at 60% Red seal base wage.

Previous experience is required, but we are open to individuals with previous transferable skills such as: Heavy Duty Mechanic, Heavy Equipment Technician, Truck Mechanic, Automotive Mechanic, Service Technician
