Now Hiring: On-Road & Off-Road HET Technicians

Semler’s is hiring 1 On-Road and 1 Off-Road Heavy Equipment Technician to join our growing team.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Journeyman HET preferred
  • Experienced apprentices considered
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills
  • Pride in quality workmanship

Schedule & Work-Life Balance:

  • Regular hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 2 × 15-minute paid breaks
  • 1 × 1-hour lunch break
  • No shift work, no weekends

What you’ll be working with:

  • New shop (built in 2019)
  • Lifts, overhead cranes, and specialty tooling
  • Clean, organized work environment
