Fronius is a Technology Leader specializing in high quality manual and robotic welding solutions. We are true masters of the entire spectrum: SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, Plasma, and Laser Hybrid. Its superior know-how also established Fronius in the field of photovoltaics, where it produces high-quality solar electronics (string invertors). At Fronius Canada (a subsidiary of Fronius International) we are currently looking for a passionate Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Order Processing team at our Mississauga head office. This is not just any job.....At Fronius Canada, we are experts in our field, our solutions are different and so are our people!

What you will be doing:

• Manage and maintain customer database in our ERP system (BaaN) and CRM
• Prepare sales and service quotations.
• Perform the full cycle of sales/service orders including order acknowledgement, shipment and invoice.
• Perform the credit and return of customer order.
• Follow the purchasing procedure to manage internal and external suppliers.
• Act as the contact point of procurement, logistics and correspondence with dealers and suppliers.
• Collaborate on shipment with warehouse staff.
• Support marketing and sales to ensure customer satisfaction during sales order processing.
• Coordinate with the finance team on matters of customer credit and payment.
• Able to occasionally travel overseas to our parent company for training or meeting.
• Conduct other duties as required.

What we are looking for:

• Technical Aptitude with 5+ years experience in order processing or support team.
• A quick learner in a fast-paced work environment.
• Be able to adapt to changes in workplace.
• Working knowledge of ERP System regarding full cycle order processing.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized all time.
• Accuracy driven is a must during order processing in the system.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Dynamics CRM.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Be able to multi-task in a timely manner.
• Post-Secondary Education/Associated Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual in French is a must.
• Bilingual in German will be an asset.
