* Oversee daily operations of the dental office to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient care.
* Manage scheduling, patient communication, and front-desk coordination.
* Ensure compliance with dental regulations and office policies.
* Supervise and motivate office staff, providing training and performance feedback.
* Oversee financial processes, including billing, collections, and insurance claims.
* Foster a positive and welcoming environment for patients and team members.
* Collaborate with the clinical team to optimize workflows and maintain smooth operations.
Qualifications:
*Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is considered an asset.
* Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator, admin Team lead or in a similar role.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., OPEN DENTAL).
* Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and compliance regulations.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectively.
* Passion for delivering outstanding patient experiences.
