Full job description

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify and update patient information in the electronic medical records system
- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork
- Collect and process payments from patients for dental services rendered
- Manage patient records and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date
- Coordinate with dental assistants and surgeons to ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:

- Available to work on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Alternate Saturdays (Half day)

- Must speak fluent English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin
- Previous experience working in an office or administrative role, preferably in a medical or dental office setting
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with patients
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
