Responsibilities -

  • Performance Management : Implement and monitor action plans aligned with corporate strategy. Analyze and act on monthly clinic dashboard (sales, key performance indicators). Ensure annual budget tracking.
  • Staff Management : Oversee recruitment, task distribution, and performance management. Plan and lead team training and meetings. Ensure employees adhere to protocols. Manage daily employee presence, scheduling, and leave. Optimize work hours based on seasons.
  • Clinic Operations Management : Identify resource and operational needs. Ensure accurate billing and compliance with procedures. Supervise inventory, employee discounts, and facility upkeep. Monitor and meet monthly budget goals. Manage purchasing and inventory of medical supplies. Implement and improve operational systems for efficiency.
  • Client Relationship Management : Organize informational events and ensure client satisfaction. Address complaints and suggest improvements for service quality.


Qualifications -

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant leadership experience in a medical aesthetics clinic, dental office, or similar healthcare environment.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing teams of 5-10 employees.
  • Experience collaborating with medical professionals, such as doctors or nurse practitioners, is highly preferred.
  • Strong background in sales, with demonstrated success in motivating and leading a sales-driven team to achieve performance goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities during peak periods.
  • Proficiency in using business software tools and systems for reporting and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and ethical leadership.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and implement change effectively.
  • Social media management experience for business accounts is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English is essential for this position, as all communication with clients and colleagues is conducted exclusively in English.
