Full job description

Grandview Dental Clinic are two leading dental clinics, one in Oshawa and the other in East Scarborough (Port Union). The clinics provide a friendly, fun and professional environment with opportunity for growth. We are looking to hire a permanent receptionist for the Oshawa Clinic. The candidate will work on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and alternate Saturdays in Oshawa. (The hours are expected to be more than 30 per week on an average).

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

· Making patient appointments and booking them into the practice

· Answering phone calls

· Processing patient payments

· Gathering insurance coverage information

· Experience with Tracker (dental software), is an asset

· Entering patients' information into the database

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, administrative and client handling skills with attention to detail.

· Able to work in a fast paced environment

· A positive attitude

· At least 1 year experience in a dental office as a Receptionist. More experience preferred.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
