Full job description

We are looking for a friendly, personable Dental Administrator to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Process insurance claims and verify patient insurance coverage
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers
- Handle billing and payment processing
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Excellent people skills, and a positive attitude

- Previous experience working in a Dental office or similar administrative role preferred but not necessary
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of Dental terminology and procedures is a plus but not necessary
