Full job description

Chinook Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is looking for a full time Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our practice and a Medical Treatment Coordinator.

This position is full time and permanent, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include managing the schedule, answering phones, booking and confirming appointments, giving pre surgery instructions etc.

The Medical Coordinator would be managing medical history for patients along with Lab requisitions, letter to MD's and confirming General Anesthetic surgery appointments aws well.

The right candidate should have good communication skills, be personable to patients and other staff members and have a great attitude and strong work ethic. Applicants must have strong computer and typing skills. A knowledge of Abel Dental software is a benefit.
