Full job description

Do you have your RCC, CCC, or RSW, currently in private practice, looking at changing up your office space, seeking out a new team with whom to collaborate, or for more freedom?

Hearthfire Wellness is looking for counselling therapists who appreciate a bright open space to invite their clients and want to leave the billing and administrative work to someone else. We aim to be a safe sanctuary where clients can find steadiness, connection, and meaningful support. Our work is grounded, compassionate, and accessible, with care that meets people where they are. Key Requirements:

* Candidates must hold a current Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), CCC, or a Registered Social Worker (RSW) designation in good standing.

* Must hold an a Master’s Degree in Counselling, Social Work, or similar.

* Experience working with adult clients; preference given to those with experience and training in couples work and relationships.

* Availability: You create your own schedule, adjust as needed. Weekend and evening availability preferred.

Compensation & Hours:

* Competitive fee-for-service compensation by commission. Ability to set your own session fees.

* Beautiful brand new Kamloops office space provided. All office expenses, furniture, cleaning, billing included in commission.
