This posting is on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking Direct Sales, Charity Representatives to join their team in Toronto, ON.

Role Description

This is a Full-time on-site position based in Toronto. The role is split between working at the employer’s office and conducting field activities. Direct Sales Representatives will spend part of their shift at the office for training, team meetings, and preparation, and the other part in the field conducting face-to-face sales, marketing, and donor acquisition campaigns for charities. Compensation

  • This position offers a performance-based compensation model with opportunities for rapid income growth -average weekly earnings of $700–$1,000, after training for new representative, including performance incentives.
  • $5000 scholarship/bonus incentive for candidates reaching Directorship in the Summer months.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • Full-time
  • Hours; 12 PM– 8 PM
  • Must live in the Toronto area and be able to commute daily to the office
  • Vehicle or license is NOT required for the position

Responsibilities

  • Conduct direct sales and donor acquisition campaigns on behalf of our client, local organizations, charities, humanitarian industries, hospitals.
  • Engage with potential customers and present services clearly and persuasively
  • Split shift: half of the day in-office (meetings, training, preparation), half in the field (face-to-face sales, marketing activities, community, booths, residential, etc.)
  • Memorize and deliver presentations effectively
  • Handle objections with professionalism and resilience
  • Meet individual and team sales goals
  • Provide excellent sales and customer service and maintain relationships
  • Participate in training and ongoing coaching sessions

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 year old. (Students welcome for Summer positions)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Charismatic, confident, and approachable personality
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales
  • Coachable and eager to learn new skills
  • Motivated by performance-based pay and career growth
  • Previous direct sales, fundraising, or related experience is an asset, but not required
