Overview

We are actively seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) who are recent graduates and experienced in acute care setting to join our dynamic healthcare team in the USA.

OUR CLIENT IS REPLACING THEIR TRAVELERS AND HIRING FULL TIME NURSES AT THIS TIME

We are hiring entry-level and experienced nurses in medsurg, ER and Dialysis.

12 hour - 3 days a WEEK - Day and night Shifts

$8000 USD - Relo Allowance - NOT TAXED

$12,000 USD - annual bonsu - paid over 12 months

$5000 USD - sign on bonus

Location - Alabama - Trauma II - 600 bed hospital

Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct patient care across various departments, including medical-surgical units, emergency rooms, and long-term care facilities.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health history documentation.
  • Administer medications and injections accurately following established protocols and safety standards.
  • Assist with procedures such as suturing, IV insertions, catheterizations, and tube feedings under supervision.
  • Monitor patients' conditions continuously, recognize signs of deterioration, and escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Support discharge planning by educating patients on medication management, wound care, and follow-up appointments.
  • Adhere strictly to infection control practices, aseptic techniques, HIPAA regulations, and patient privacy standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, therapists, social workers, and case managers to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills in areas such as trauma medicine, critical care, geriatrics, pediatrics, or behavioral health.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program with current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • NCLEX passed
  • Will need to obtain a State Nursing License
  • Will complete credentialingh for a TN work Visa
  • Ability to relocate to USA
  • Must be a Canadian Citizen
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology principles, and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages and their families.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure situations.
  • Previous experience in clinical rotations or internships during nursing education is advantageous but not required.
