Full job description

About PADRA Clinic

PADRA Clinic is a specialized aesthetic medical clinic focused on advanced hair restoration and hair transplant procedures. Our Toronto clinic combines medical expertise, advanced techniques, and personalized patient care to deliver a premium patient experience.

We are looking for a confident, relationship-focused Sales Advisor / Client Care Specialist to guide prospective patients through their consultation and decision-making journey.

The Role

Following the patient's clinical assessment, you will take ownership of the sales conversation—understanding their goals and concerns, presenting treatment options and pricing, discussing financing, addressing objections, and confidently guiding qualified patients toward a decision.

This is a consultative, performance-driven sales role. Strong follow-up is essential, as many patients require multiple conversations before deciding to proceed.

Success is measured through sales conversion, revenue performance, pipeline management, and achievement of individual and team targets.

What You'll Do

  • Manage prospective patients from consultation through decision and close.
  • Build trust and understand each patient's goals, concerns, and priorities.
  • Present treatment options, pricing, payment options, and financing clearly.
  • Handle questions and objections professionally and confidently.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up through phone, text, and email.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and follow-up activities through the clinic's CRM.
  • Re-engage previous consultations, no-shows, inactive leads, and missed opportunities.
  • Work closely with clinical and operations teams to provide a seamless patient experience.
  • Track your performance and meet or exceed monthly sales, conversion, and revenue targets.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience with individual targets.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Strong consultative sales, relationship-building, and closing skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Confident communicating in person and by phone, text, and email.
  • Comfortable using CRM and lead-management systems.
  • Organized, persistent, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
  • Professional and discreet when handling sensitive patient conversations.
  • Available to work on-site, including weekends as required.

Experience in aesthetic medicine, cosmetic procedures, hair restoration, dental, plastic surgery, or other elective medical services is an asset. Additional languages, including French or Spanish, are also valued.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary
  • Performance-based commission and earning opportunities
  • Extended health benefits
  • Full-time, permanent position
  • On-site – PADRA Clinic Toronto
