Full job description

We’re a patient-focused dental clinic known for friendly service, efficient systems, and high-quality care. We provide a wide array of general and specialized dental treatments. We are looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead day-to-day operations, support our team, and help the practice run smoothly and grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, schedules, and patient flow
  • Lead, coach, and support front desk and administrative staff
  • Manage staffing, onboarding, training, and performance check-ins
  • Maintain strong patient experience standards (phone, reception, follow-ups, reviews)
  • Ensure accurate billing, insurance processing, treatment plan coordination, and A/R follow-up
  • Monitor KPIs (production, collections, schedule utilization, cancellations/no-shows) and implement improvements
  • Work closely with the dentist/owner to improve systems, profitability, and team culture
  • Maintain compliance with policies and clinic procedures
  • Coordinate inventory ordering and vendor relationships (as needed)

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years experience as a Dental Office Manager (or strong dental admin lead ready to step up)
  • Strong knowledge of dental scheduling, insurance coordination, and billing workflows
  • Confident leader who can hold standards, solve problems, and keep the team motivated
  • Excellent communication, professionalism, and patient-service mindset
  • Organized, tech-comfortable, and able to multitask in a busy clinic
  • Experience with dental software is required (experience with Paradigm is a bonus)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in other fields of management.
  • Management courses or diplomas.
  • HR/payroll exposure
  • Experience managing recall systems and treatment plan acceptance
