Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the dental office to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient care.
  • Manage scheduling, patient communication, and front-desk coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with dental regulations and office policies.
  • Supervise and motivate office staff, providing training and performance feedback.
  • Oversee financial processes, including billing, collections, and insurance claims.
