Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Treatment Coordinator to oversee the daily operations and treatment planning of our front desk. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional patient experiences and maintaining smooth administrative functions within our dental office.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the office
- Oversee human resources functions, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Maintain and update patient records
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients
- Manage billing and insurance claims processes
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient care

-Treatment planning for patients

Skills:

- Experience working in a dental office setting is a must
- Strong knowledge of Dental terminology and procedures
- Proficient in using Cleardent or similar dental software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles

- Experience in a dental office that runs treatment with GA
