Surrey, BC

We're seeking an experienced dental professional who enjoys bringing people together, improving day-to-day operations, and helping a team perform at its best. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in creating an outstanding experience for both patients and team members.

This is a full-time leadership position, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a well-established and patient-focused practice.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead the daily operations of a busy dental practice while maintaining an efficient and positive work environment.
  • Coach, mentor, and support team members, including hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development.
  • Coordinate staffing schedules, oversee administrative workflows, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage office budgets, payroll-related processes, and other operational responsibilities.
  • Oversee dental billing, insurance claims, and financial administration with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Support patient care by ensuring exceptional service from the first phone call through every visit.
  • Maintain organized scheduling systems that maximize provider efficiency while enhancing the patient experience.
  • Contribute to practice growth through community engagement and marketing initiatives.
  • Champion a collaborative, respectful, and accountable team culture.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A minimum of five years of experience working in a dental practice.
  • At least three years of experience leading or supervising a team.
  • A solid understanding of dental insurance, billing processes, and practice administration.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Confidence using practice management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with patients and colleagues alike.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and team development.
